Apartment Typ I

1 room apartement for 2-3 persons, about 32 m²

Living-bedroom with foldaway beds, sitting area, kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom/toilet, balcony to the south or west or terrace to the south.

Apartment Typ II

2 room apartement for 2-4 persones, about 57 m²

Bedroom, living-bedroom with sofabed and regular window, sitting area, hallway, kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, souterrain – not dark.

Apartment Typ III

2 room apartment for 2-4 persons, about 47 m²

Bedroom, living-bedroom with foldaway beds, sitting area, kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom/toilet, terrace to the south on the ground floor.

Apartement Typ V

2 room apartement for 2-5 persones, about 67 m²

Bedroom, living-bedroom with foldaway beds or hallway with bunk bed (1,80 meters), sitting area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 1 or 2 bathroom/toilet, balcony to the south.

Apartment Typ V+

2 room apartement for 2-5 persones, about 67 m²

Bedroom, living-bedroom with foldaway beds, sitting area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 x bathroom/toilet, or bathroom with tube and shower/toilet separat, balcony or terrace to the south with nice panorama view.

Apartment Typ VI

3 room apartement for 4-6 persons, about 70 m²

Bedroom, living-bedroom with 2 foldaway beds, sitting area, kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom/toilet, second little bedroom (bunk bed) with small bathroom (no toilet) with tube, terrace to the south with garden.

Apartment Typ VII

3 room apartement for 4-6 persons, about 80 m²

2 bedrooms, living-bedroom with sofabed, kithchen with dishwasher, bathroom, separat toilet, balcony or terrace to the south.

Apartment Typ VIII

3 room apartement for 4-7 persons, about 90-100 m²

two bedrooms, living-bedroom, kitchen with dishwasher, 1 or 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, balcony to the south or terrace to the south.

Apartment Typ IX

3½ room apartement for 4-7 persons, about 100 m²

2 bedrooms, living-bedroom with sofabed, small bedroom with 2 single beds or sleeping bunk with bunk bed (1,80 m), kitchen with dishwasher, 1 or 2 bathrooms, toilet, balcony to the south, south terrace, or roof terrace.

4 room apartement for 4-8 persons, about 110 m²
