Check in from 3pm and checkout by 10am. Infants up to 3 years of age (on arrival day) stay for free. We charge a surcharge for short stays of 1-3 days.
Visitors tax: EUR 3,50 per person and day (children up to 15 years free).
Wellness & Spa: the saunas in our spa area are free and open from 5pm to 9pm from Sunday to Friday and are free of charge (children from 16 years).
Payment methods: Cash, EC card, Mastercard or Visa. The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply. There is no charge for cancellations up to 61 days before arrival. 60 to 31 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the rental price and cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the rental price. Jurisdiction is in Innsbruck.
