The daily rate is calculated for 2 persons from type I to IV, type V and V plus for 4 persons, type V in summer for 2 persons, type VI to X for 5 persons, any further person is an extra € 15,- per day in winter, € 7,- in summer; children up to the age of 3 are free in winter, in summer € 5,- per day extra..

EXTRA CHARGES: final cleaning summer: type I: € 38,-, type II-V: € 45,-; type VI – X: € 52,-
 final cleaning winter: type I: € 39,-, type II-V: € 49,-; type VI – X: € 59,-
overnight tax is € 1,50,- per day and person over 15 years, check-in is from 3 pm on, check-out is latest 10 am

Bed linen and towels are available and included in the price, sauna from 5 pm from Monday to Friday – is free of charge.

For dogs we charge € 9,- per day, with dog the final cleaning will rise up: Euro 8,-- more.
Garage cost is € 3,5 per day in summer € 7,- per day in winter

In case that only 2 or 3 persons occupy an apartment of the types VI, VII, VII, IX or X, we will make a special rate,  paying methods: cash in Euro or EC-card. Visacard or Mastercard.

Cheaper admission to swimming pool Olympia in town centre from Monday to Friday or free entrance to swimming center in Leutasch.
